Miami Plaintiffs’ Lawyer Charles Baumberger Inducted Into International Academy of Trial Lawyers

Charles H. (Chuck) Baumberger, co-founding partner of the Miami plaintiff trial law firm Rossman, Baumberger, Reboso & Spier, P.A., has been inducted into the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL).

Mr. Baumberger was initiated at the IATL annual meeting in New York in April.

The International Academy of Trial Lawyers limits membership to 500 Fellows from the United States. Chartered in 1954, the Academy’s general purposes are to cultivate the science of jurisprudence, promote reforms in the law, facilitate the administration of justice and elevate the standards of integrity, honor, and courtesy in the legal profession. Mr. Baumberger, who founded Rossman Baumberger with Stephen Rossman in 1974, has recovered numerous multimillion-dollar settlements for his clients. He has served as chairman of the Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar, president of the Dade County Bar Association, president of the Miami chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and president of FLABOTA, the state organization of ABOTA.
